Shipping

Shipping is available via USPS, DHL or UPS. All available options will be presented during the checkout process. Overnight and two-day orders will be shipped by the following business day. Any orders using other shipping options will ship within 1 - 3 business days. We cannot ship to a PO Box. 

International Shipping

For international purchases, any customs, VAT or related duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We will do our best to make this as easy and painless as possible.

The current list of international countries serviced are:

Canada, Mexico, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Returns

Our policy is valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the unworn product for a full refund. After the period of 15 days has lapsed, we can not offer you a refund. 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product must be unused 
Product must be in original packaging 
Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Please allow three (3) business days for a product to be reviewed.

Sale and clearance items

Regular priced or sale items, including any items purchased with a discount code, may be returned. Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items will be clearly labeled as ** Final Sale **.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
